Our services
At Helpful plumber we offer two excellent services: if you have purchased a new dishwasher or washing machine and want it to go into the same place as your old appliance, we have an excellent re-fit service or if you have never had a dishwasher (or washing machine) or you want to move your appliances around we can plumb in either appliance from scratch – while you sit back and relax!
How the service works
- We will disconnect your old appliance (if you’re having a re-fit) and check that you connections are safe to use
- Plumb in your new appliance
- Carry out a maintenance and health and safety check and fully test your washing machine or dishwasher
- We’ll even give you a demonstration of your new appliance!
What the Helpful Plumber needs from our customers
- For you to be at home at the time we’ve agreed to visit
- Make sure we have clear access to the area you want your new product installed, and that it fits in that area
- Make sure you have all the necessary bits and pieces that come with your new appliance
